Spent Xmas at a hotel near Dortmund and it was great! the breakfast had a good variety of options and the staff was very helpful with recommendations for things to do in the area. the convenient location made it easy to visit nearby attractions and restaurants. the room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities I needed.
The check-in process. If arriving after 6 pm, there was a code for an automated check-in system, but it was a bit confusing to figure out beforehand.

The breakfast spread was good and they had an option for hot chocolate. The hotel was close to the train station and it was easy to explore nearby towns from there. they had a small Christmas market nearby that we enjoyed visiting.
The room was way too small for two people and there were no curtains on the windows. We could see the residents in the apartment building across the street and they could see us too.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was fantastic and the facilities were great for a short trip. I particularly appreciated the assistance from staff in arranging travel and giving directions. The spacious room was comfortable, and the price was very reasonable.

We had a great stay in a spacious and spotless room, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. the friendly staff gave us excellent local directions and helped us arrange transport. Breakfast was very acceptable and the parking outside was greatly appreciated. Our windows offered a great view of the surrounding area, and we could easily hop on public transport to explore the nearby attractions such as the stadium and city center.
The bed was not up to par and could have been more comfortable.
